Description: The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology Oncology, is seeking a full time tenure track academic faculty at Instructor or Assistant Professor level. Duties would include working in a clinical and translational research role for new drug development in oncology, seeing patients with solid tumors, and teaching/training fellows, residents and medical students. Candidate should be able to interact and coordinate activities of the various multidisciplinary tumor specific teams and must have experience in a basic science/translational laboratory setting pertinent to new drug development.
