University Health Services will be administering FREE flu vaccinations to all UTHSC students, employees, post-docs, residents, and retirees (until supplies last).
You must present your ID badge - no exceptions.
Date: Tuesday, October 2, 2012
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Where: Madison Plaza Building Lobby
NO shots will be administered at University Health until after Flu Shot Day. Please contact University Health Services if you have any questions
or need any additional information.
